ST. CLAIRSVILLE, OHIO — June 13, 2023 Shawn Chrisagis passed away at 55 years old. His legacy was one of LOVE. He was an identical twin of Brian Chrisagis. These two men of integrity formed the Chrisagis Brothers Ministries.

The ministry was known all over the world for family entertainment, reaching and recruiting legends in Christian Music like Sandi Patty, Russ Taff and others plus Hollywood legends like Loni Anderson, Erik Estrada and numerous others.

The great loss of Shawn’s death was mourned with a Celebration of Life bringing Hollywood to the Ohio Valley. Over 500 mourners came through the doors of Harbor of Hope Church in St Clairsville, Ohio to say their goodbyes to a truly faithful servant of the Lord.

Shawn was the brains behind the highly successful duo. He and Brian recorded 12 Cds, worked in TV and radio, traveled the world and did a line of children’s toys as well as being authors. They formed a series of Concerts entitled Legends for CCM Artists and a Christmas celebration entitled Christmas with the Stars. These events plus Women’s event for actress Jennifer O’Neill entitle All That Glitters were just a few creations the Brothers produced.

Hollywood and Christian Music feel the great loss of this amazing man. The Celebration of Life was about 3 hours long with tributes from Sandi Patty, Russ Taff, Adam Crabb, Wes Hampton, Wayne Watson, Gary Chapman, Bruce Carroll and the list of award winning artists goes on… plus Hollywood stars Catherine Bach, Jake the Snake Roberts, Erik Estrada, Jim Labriola from Home Improvement, Catherine Hickland, Barry Williams and others shared stories. The main speakers were Hollywood greats like Lindsay Wagner who shared her love of the brothers, Jack Scalia and Jennifer O’Neill who both shared how the brothers were their ministers and men who lived what they preached. Singers who shared their music was Scott Wesley Brown, Farrell and Farrell, Leon Patillo and Julie Nickell. All these names shared their stories of how Shawn not only loved on the well known but loved on everyone who came into his path. He was a life-changer.

It was like a who’s who of famous people as if celebrating a king or a huge celebrity… this one life, along with his twin brother, changed all these incredible people for Jesus. Sandi Patty said they didn’t have a record label, or a PR group, or an agent but God use them greatly and the industry of CCM is mourning with Hollywood and the world the loss of a great man.
