BRIDGEPORT, CT — More than 175 churches, organizations, and businesses throughout Southwest Connecticut have come together to throw a party for the region. They’re calling it CT CityFest with Andrew Palau. With a special emphasis on unity, hope, and good news, the free two-day festival will be held August 27-28, at Seaside Park in Bridgeport, Connecticut (1 Barnum Dyke, Bridgeport, CT 06604).
In addition to the free two-day festival at Seaside Park, multiple affinity events and smaller gatherings have been taking place throughout the region. The ongoing effort has also included a region-wide service initiative known as CityServe, focusing on the most urgent and pressing social needs in the area. Local leaders are looking to continue this unity and partnership for the long-term.
