LONDON, ENGLAND — They came by the busload from all over England and Wales to hear a Gospel message. Approximately 130 coaches carried 5,000 people to the outreach from as far away as Liverpool.People streamed out of buses and trains into ExCeL London, eager to hear powerful music from Christian artists—Ce Ce Winans, Newsboys, and Michael W. Smith—and a message of hope from Franklin Graham, president and CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA).The evangelist returned to London, England, after last summer’s outreach, and more than 10,000 attended the God Loves You Tour and heard him preach the Good News on Saturday evening. The crowd exceeded last year’s attendance by several thousand.

Stephen:

I would describe the spiritual culture of London as very diverse and mixed. You have many Muslims here, many Hindus, and it really is a melting pot of the world all in one place. One of the things I’ve noticed about the culture in London, everybody’s chasing money, and there is that feeling among a lot of people that this is just controlling my life.

Franklin GrahamBGEA CEO and President:

A lot of people here tonight that have been searching and looking and trying to find meaning and purpose, but I’m here to say to you tonight, God loves you. He sent his son from heaven to this earth to take your sins.

He died and shed his blood on a cross for your sins. And on the third day, God raised his son, Jesus Christ, to life. You’ve got to be willing to turn from your sins. And you’ve got to be willing to believe on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and trust him as your savior here tonight. And you can do that right now.

If you’re here tonight, if you’ve never trusted Jesus as your savior, get up out of your seat and make your way right here to the front. And I’ll have prayer with you right here. Come right now. You come to Jesus. Come to Him.

Hayden:

When I came to the front, I felt a sense of belonging because I was giving myself to Christ.

Kellis:

I feel like God has really heard me.

Samuel:

Me and my dad came up to give our lives fully and entirely into Christ. And it was a blessing. God showed up as He always does. The music was phenomenal. Franklin’s message was amazing. And then we had more people than we could ever imagine respond to the thought of salvation in Jesus. This is the best thing that could have ever happened for London.

Franklin:

God loves you.
