Proclaim 18 – NRB Annual Convention February 27 – March 2 in Nashville

NASHVILLE – The National Religious Broadcasters (NRB) will hold its 75th Annual International Christian Media Convention this week at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center in Nashville. The event provides opportunities to engage, edify and equip thousands involved in the broad spectrum of Christian media. The theme of the convention is “Proclaim 18.”

The exposition floor is “the largest marketplace dedicated to Christian media professionals. The annual convention boasts an average of 5,000 attendees. Most are senior managers of entities across a broad spectrum of Christian communications, including radio, TV, film, internet, and social media. Pastors, evangelists, representatives of universities, mission organizations, and denominational leaders have a unique opportunity to interact with the largest gathering of ministry media building resources available at one time and in one place.

Featured speakers this year include Vice President Mike Pence, evangelist Luis Palau, actors Jim Caviezel and Dennis Quaid, authors Kay Arthur, Eric Metaxas, and Joel C. Rosenberg, pastors Billy Kim, Greg Laurie, David Jeremiah, and Rick Warren, and radio personalities, Dennis Prager and Larry Elder.

“NRB is a non-partisan international association of committed broadcasters and Christian communicators coming together to spread the life-changing Truth of the Gospel of Jesus Christ through every electronic medium available. Our member outreach touches every continent through Christian radio, television, Internet and other media arts.”

The association includes more than 1,100 member-organizations who agree that “religious liberty is the cornerstone of a free society, and that we must protect those freedoms so that the transforming reality of Jesus Christ can reach hearts and minds the world over.”
