Palau Festival reaches thousands in Costa Rica

COSTA RICA — During a full week of activities, the Luis Palau Evangelistic Association was able to reach various levels of Costa Rican society with a message of hope in Jesus. Prisoners, business executives, politicians, women, children, youth and adults had an opportunity to receive encouragement and redemption from God.

More than 100,000 people crowded into the Savannah Metropolitan Park of San Jose, Costa Rica for the Palau Festival that had promised good news and good music. Surrounded by praise and worship, thousands accepted the invitation from Andrew Palau to surrender their lives to Jesus. According to the organizers, more than 150,000 people attended the festival on two very special evenings.

The Palau Festival is a massive event, a massive feature, it is free and free. That is, not only the people who come can enjoy it without paying, but anyone will be well received.

The Palau Festival in Costa Rica was more than just an event. During a full week, the organizers carried out a series of activities of activities designed to include all of Costa Rica’s society.

While visiting the country’s main prison, Andrew Palau spoke to the inmates about true freedom in Jesus. At a meeting with a group of women, his wife Wendy shared her emotional testimony of how she lost three unborn children. And with business executives and other professionals, Andrew and his father-in-law shared advice on how to be successful while walking hand in hand with Jesus.

A scene where we have invited businessmen, professionals, entrepreneurs, authorities, people who are in the sports policy. And here Andrés Palau is going to bring this message around hope.

In the nation’s congress, the Palau Festival was officially declared an event in the national interest.

Therefore, I declare the public interest of the activity called “Luis Palau Festival”.

Children also had an opportunity to have fun during the children’s festival, where they enjoyed clown shows, face paintings, gifts and a message about salvation. A group of professional cyclists amazed those who attended with their acrobatic freestyle BMX show. At the same time, volunteer doctors offered free services to people with limited resources, who also received clothing and a special treatment.

A whole week dedicated to the community and one that ended with thousands accepting Jesus into their lives.
