Embrace the Truth and Murray with new podcast 'Deliberations'

DETROIT — Embrace the Truth has launched “Deliberations,” its third podcast and YouTube show hosted by founder, apologist and attorney Abdu Murray.

“Deliberations” is a live Q+A-style companion podcast to Murray’s “All Rise,” which tackles tough objections to Christianity. In “All Rise,” Murray pulls from his extensive legal background, putting the claims for and objections against the Christian faith to courtroom-level scrutiny with the audience as the jury. With “Deliberations,” the apologetics feedback loop closes as the live audience interacts with Murray, presenting questions, objections and comments.

“All Rise” episodes are published every other Monday, with the complementary “Deliberations” episode going live eight days later each Tuesday of the off-week at 1 p.m. EST, beginning on Feb. 7, when Abdu Murray and cohost Derek Caldwell deliberated “All Rise: Objection, Richard Dawkins! Asked and Answered.” Murray and Caldwell will occasionally be joined by guests serving as expert witnesses.

“People of all ages and walks of life have sophisticated questions regarding faith, reason and culture, so we strive to offer thoughtful answers to anyone dealing with thoughtful questions and doubts,” said Murray. “We hope that as you engage with our podcast series, you will find that we’re not focused on merely answering questions but answering people.”
