Western Ukraine Church Packed with Worshiping Refugees

MUKACHEVE, UKRAINE — As Ukrainian refugees continue to head West of the country to places of safety, Living Waters Church in the small town of Mukacheve has become a place of refuge for many people coming to worship Jesus. Pastor Joel Brown shares the many opportunities God is giving His fellowship to serve thousands of people each week.

A small church in the town of Mukacheve in Western Ukraine church which had just 65 members before the Russian invasion is now always completed packed out with refugees from across the country coming to worship Jesus.

Living Waters Pastor Joel Brown says they’re doing all they can to help literally thousands of people each week.

We have helped approximately 6,000 people since the beginning of the war and we’re on track to house and feed another 3,000 people over the next ten days if things continue going as they are.

Living Waters Church is also acting as a base for ministries like Mercy Projects to distribute aid and go on missions to rescue women and children in the worst effected parts of Ukraine.
