Hope Mission Romania Baptized Over 200 People in Uganda

UGANDA — For over a decade, Hope Mission Romania invested important resources in the evangelism of the Batwa tribe in Rubuguri, Uganda. In collaboration with believers from the Christian communities from Romania, Canada, USA and Europe, by the grace and guidance of God, Hope Mission Romania has contributed at the transformation of this community that was living isolated in the Vest Region of Uganda, in Kisoro District. As a result, 232 persons got baptized in the water, testifying that Jesus Christ is the Lord of their lives.

At the beginning of this year, 232 persons from Rubuguri, Uganda got baptized in the water, testifying that Jesus Christ is the Lord of their lives. This event is the result of an impressive spiritual awakening in the middle of the Batwa tribe community, as a result of the evangelize projects that are made by Hope Mission from Romania.

For over a decade now, Hope Mission Romania invested important resources in the evangelism of the Batwa tribe. In collaboration with believers from the Christian communities from Romania, Canada, USA and Europe, by the grace and guidance of God, Hope Mission Romania has contributed at the transformation of this community that was living isolated in the Vest Region of Uganda, in Kisoro District.

At the baptism event were present over 2,000 persons, members of the Batwa community, but also local and regional authorities. Pastor Vasile Bojor, president of the Regional Community of Pentecostal Christian believers from Cluj, Romania was the one who baptized the people.
